We all want to be respected. But do we treat ourselves with respect? When we tell ourselves self-deprecating things, we inhibit our ability to take risks, try new things, change, and grow. Discover the self-respect that will enable you to fly.

“Where are you from?” is more than just a question. It is about exploring our experiences, defining our obstacles and seeing how we have overcome many of them. Everyone has a story. Learn how to celebrate your own and others’.

Hashem gave you your strengths, talents and interests. These are clues to your life’s mission. Tune into you. Empower your thoughts, feelings and interpretations. Learn to trust yourself. You are the only you in the world. Choose to commit to yourself.

It is our job to take care of one another. Yet often those who need warmth the most receive the least. We shower the successful with positive attention. We can learn to see and love the stumbling and broken, too – starting with ourselves. With this, we build worlds.

We need each other. In an age where it’s easy to tune out and disappear into busy work or entertainment, nourishing connection has become like water in the desert. Let’s bring our families, workplaces, and schools back to life.

Truth is always before us. It is always available to us. We just need to avail ourselves of it. We need to learn to listen. Learn to seek out the truth of your life in this moment. Create a space to hear your own questions and explore your own answers.

You are the missing factor, the missing piece. But to really show up, right here and now, simply just sitting in your chair may feel like the scariest thing you’ve ever done. It requires that you take the risk of seeing and being seen. Are you ready to take your place?

I found myself breaking through mental barriers I didn't even know I had. I think everyone who takes this workshop will walk away feeling a better version of themselves.

- N.L. Dahan, JerusalemI

I personally gained so much from it, and there has been INCREDIBLE feedback from the team with lots of discussion!
I utilized the connection piece today with a client, talking about his personal interests, and the call went so much further than it normally would have - amazing to see the results right away!

-A. Breiner, Regional Manager Fun and Function

For me it was very important to talk about my story and also hear from other people. This type of activity makes me more empathetic, more honest, and the growth provided makes me a better person.
